DESCRIPTION:Interested in learning more about family law dissolution cases\, ethics and family law\, preparation of pleadings\, and discussion of special topics of interest to family law practitioners? \nThis training will emphasize best practices for handling a family law dissolution case\, including ethics and family law\, preparation of pleadings\, and discussion of special topics of interest to family law practitioners\, such as custody and child support. A judicial officer will provide the court’s perspective. \nThis activity is approved for 1.0 hour of ethics and 3.25 hours of general MCLE.
