SDVLP’s Fundamentals of Family Law is back live and in-person! Co-sponsored by the San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Family Law Bar Association, and California Western School of Law, this training will impart best practices for handling a family law dissolution case, including ethics and family law, preparation of pleadings, and discussion of special topics of interest to family law practitioners, such as domestic violence and child support. A judicial officer will provide the court’s perspective. Snacks and beverages will be provided.
