Assistance to Microbusinesses and Low-income Entrepreneurs

Staff and volunteer attorneys provide legal assistance to eligible microbusinesses in a variety of areas, including:

  • Business Entity Formation (LLCs, Partnerships, Sole Proprietorships, etc.)
  • Review and Drafting of Business Contracts
  • Lease Agreements
  • Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents
  • Employment Issues
  • Insurance
  • Permitting
