Assistance to Microbusinesses and Low-income Entrepreneurs
Staff and volunteer attorneys provide legal assistance to eligible microbusinesses in a variety of areas, including:
- Business Entity Formation (LLCs, Partnerships, Sole Proprietorships, etc.)
- Review and Drafting of Business Contracts
- Lease Agreements
- Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents
- Employment Issues
- Insurance
- Permitting
