About the Program
All residential tenants in California have a right to a safe, livable (“habitable”) rental unit. Join SDVLP Volunteer Attorney Stephanie Germani to learn about what conditions may make a unit legally unlivable (“uninhabitable”), how to request repairs, and what to do if a landlord does not fix the problem within a reasonable time.
